This project involves the complete interior fit-out of a 2-bedroom apartment located at One at Palm, Palm Jumeirah. The design approach focuses on creating a refined, contemporary living space that complements the exclusive waterfront setting while meeting the functional requirements of everyday living. The scope includes detailed space planning, custom joinery, material finishes, and interior detailing across all areas of the apartment. A neutral color palette, clean architectural lines, and carefully selected materials were used to enhance openness, comfort, and visual continuity throughout the space. From planning through execution, the project was managed with a strong emphasis on quality, craftsmanship, and timelines, resulting in a sophisticated residential interior aligned with Bernini Interiors’ standards of premium design and execution.
